Welcome to VVB Visions. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

1. General Information

  • This website is owned and operated by VVB Visions, registered in Belgium.
  • References to “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to VVB Visions.
  • By booking our services or purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a signed agreement and a deposit of 50% of the total fee.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The remaining balance (50%) must be paid before delivery of the final images.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, unless confirmed in a signed contract.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made in writing maximum two days before shooting (email or social media message).
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is possible depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must arrive on time and be prepared for the session. Delays may shorten the allocated shooting time.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions (e.g., location permits, model releases).

5. Image Delivery & Editing

  • Standard editing (color correction, light retouching) is included unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery timelines vary per project but are usually within 2 weeks.
  • Requests for additional retouching may incur extra charges.
  • We are not responsible for print quality from third-party printing services.
  • All images captured and delivered by VVB Visions are edited exclusively in the photographer’s own artistic style.
  • Clients and models acknowledge and accept that editing choices, including color grading, retouching, and artistic adjustments, are made at the sole discretion of the photographer.
  • Requests for changes that deviate from the photographer’s style are not included in the standard agreement and may only be considered at the photographer’s discretion, subject to additional fees.
  • By booking a session, the client agrees to respect the creative and artistic vision of VVB Visions as represented in the final delivered images.

6. Usage Rights & Copyright

  • All images remain the copyright of VVB Visions, unless otherwise stated.
  • Clients receive personal usage rights unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.
  • Images may not be resold, edited, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, illness, accidents, or events beyond our control).
  • In the unlikely event that final images cannot be delivered, liability is limited to a refund of any payments received.

8. Promotional Use

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use selected images for promotional purposes (website, portfolio, social media). Clients can opt out by notifying us in advance.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mechelen, Belgium.

10. Content on Paid Platforms & Use by Content Creators

  • By booking a session, the client acknowledges that images may be used and published by VVB Visions on paid or subscription-based platforms, only if this has been explicitly agreed in the signed contract.
  • The type of content, the extent of use, and the platforms on which the images will appear will be clearly defined in the contract prior to publication.
  • Publication on paid platforms may include, but is not limited to: previews, behind-the-scenes content, pay-per-view content, and full set sales.
  • Clients retain the right to refuse publication on paid platforms, provided this refusal is made in writing in the signed contract.
  • Once agreed in the contract, publication on the specified paid platforms does not entitle the client to additional compensation beyond the agreed session fee, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Profit and Revenue

  • Profit Waiver: The client acknowledges and agrees that all revenue, profit, and financial benefits generated from the publication of content on paid or subscription-based platforms belong exclusively to VVB Visions. The client waives any claim to royalties, revenue sharing, or financial compensation arising from such content.

Content Creators’ Usage

  • Content creators who participate in a session with VVB Visions are granted limited, non-exclusive usage rights to the images for their own platforms, as explicitly defined in the signed contract.
  • Usage rights for content creators are strictly limited to personal promotion, social media, and subscription-based platforms they personally manage.
  • Content creators may not sell, license, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the images outside of their own platforms unless additional permission is granted in writing.
  • All revenue, profit, or financial benefits generated from content placed on the creator’s own platforms belong exclusively to the content creator, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability Disclaimer

  • While we take reasonable measures to publish and protect content securely, VVB Visions cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access, leaks, downloads, screen recordings, redistribution, or other misuse of content by third parties once published online, whether on our platforms or the content creator’s platforms.
  • Clients and content creators understand and accept that any online distribution carries inherent risks of unauthorized sharing.
  • In the event of such unauthorized use or distribution, VVB Visions bears no legal, financial, or reputational liability.

11. Archived Content and Prior Consent

  • All models whose images are included in the Patreon Archive have previously provided explicit written consent through a signed contract.
  • This consent covers the use, publication, and display of their images in accordance with the terms agreed in their original contract, including on websites, paid platforms, promotional materials, and portfolios.
  • No additional consent is required for the continued use of these images within the scope of the original agreement.
  • Models who believe they did not provide consent or who have concerns about the use of their images in the archive must contact VVB Visions in writing.
  • To consider such requests, models must provide proof of non-consent or any discrepancy. Without verifiable evidence, the original consent as documented in the signed contract will be upheld.
  • Models acknowledge that images in the archive may be displayed or used according to the rights granted in the initial contract and that VVB Visions bears no additional obligation for previously granted permissions.
